Experience a Namibian adventure to remember at the Etosha Lodge. Start the day with a game drive in a game viewing vehicle and watch the Namibian veld come to life. The guide will stop at a number of watering holes in the Etosha National Park, along the route from Andersson Gate to Okaukuejo. During the stop at Olifant’s Bad (‘Elephants’ Bath’) you can savour lipsmacking snacks prepared by the expert chefs of the Etosha Lodge. If you decide to start your day a bit later, you can opt for the second game drive of the day which leaves the Etosha Lodge at 2 pm and follows the same route. Upon your return to the Etosha Lodge, you can relax next to the swimming pool, try to master quad-biking, or enjoy bird watching in a region renowned for the variety of bird species. At sunset the magic of the African bush casts its spell. Weather permitting, you can enjoy a leisurely sundowner on a hilltop while the surrounds glow blood red. When you return to the camp, the chefs at the Etosha Lodge will be ready to plie you with an unforgettable gourmet meal served in the ‘kraal’ (a restaurant in the traditional African style). |
